Any ti...Searing the tofu in a nonstick pan is KEY. Any time I make anything with tofu at all, regardless of what the recipe says, I put it by itself in a nonstick pan (with enough hot oil to coat the bottom) and let it sit for about 8-10 minutes on each side. Then I mix it in with the other ingredients later.
